Vivos xPoint Survival Shelter Community – 45K For A Shelter Is It Worth It for facebook

If you have an interest in prepping, SHTF or underground bunkers, you are going to want to check this out…

This is the Vivos xPoint, a survival shelter community in South Dakota, USA. The site was previously a former Army Base known as Black Hills Ordnance Depot. Vivos purchased and repurposed the base as the largest survival shelter community on earth. There are almost 600 concrete and steel shelters, which altogether can house a community of 5000 people.

Each shelter has almost 2,200 square feet of space and can house up to 24 people including furniture, water, food, fuel and other supplies.

From what I can gather, the price of a shelter is currently $45,000. It appears this is a one-off cost to purchase the shelter. I am not sure whether there are any ongoing yearly costs as well. I am also assuming the price is just for an empty shelter that you then have to fit out yourself, although I would be very surprised if there is not an option to pay extra for a fully fitted, ready to go shelter as well.

Check out the two videos below to see inside the shelters and look around the Vivos xPoint site. There’s also loads more information about the location and community, plus specifics about the shelters themselves.

The first video is a promotional video from Vivos. The second is a video tour around the facility by some popular YouTubers. Both videos are very interesting and entertaining. You get to see what $45k buys you!
