I suffer with very infrequent migraines, I get maybe one or two a year, but when the come, boy do they knock me for six. I am in agony and vomiting for six to ten hours and then I am totally exhausted the day after, and even for a few days after if it was a really bad migraine. Mine are so bad I become terrified when I notice the warning signs of one coming on… Trust me when I say – just like a cold is not the flu, day-to-day headaches are not migraines.
If you suffer from migraines, chances are you have tried everything to prevent them or give yourself some relief. Quite likely nothing your doctor has prescribed has helped, so with very little to lose, why don’t you check out the herbal remedy from ‘Fresh Bites Daily’, containing feverfew, lemon balm and peppermint that is made into a tincture. I haven’t tried it myself, but I will probably be making some to have ready for my next migraine. Find out more and get the recipe on the link below.
